Welcome to the official website of Modern 3BR Oasis with Pool, a private vacation apartment located in Residencial Ciprés, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, hosted personally by Anthony Dominguez. By accessing this website or making a booking through it, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any booking made directly through it. They apply to all guests regardless of nationality, purpose of stay, or length of visit. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum age required to make a booking at this property.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from the host or the platform through which the booking was made. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking including the correct number of guests, arrival time, and any special requirements.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM
- Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon)
- Check-in is fully self-guided. Access codes and arrival instructions will be sent to you 24 hours before your check-in date
- If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact the host in advance. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $200 USD is required upon arrival. This is collected as a cash payment and will be returned to you in full at checkout, subject to an inspection of the property. Any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from this deposit. If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be liable for the remaining balance.
5. House Rules
All guests are expected to respect the property and the surrounding community. The following rules apply for the duration of your stay:
- No smoking anywhere inside the apartment
- No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted
- Quiet hours are strictly between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Hosting additional guests without prior approval is not permitted
- Pets are welcome but must be declared at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply
- Trash must be placed behind the rear emergency metal black door. Collection takes place twice daily at 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment in a clean and respectful condition throughout their stay
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the booking platform and the rate selected at the time of reservation. Guests are advised to review the specific cancellation terms applicable to their booking before confirming. The host is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations made outside the agreed policy window.
7. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and booking information solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and improving your stay. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside of what is required to process your booking. Information shared through third-party platforms such as Booking.com is governed by their respective privacy policies.
8. Liability
Modern 3BR Oasis with Pool and its host are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests use all property amenities including the pool, gym, and playground at their own risk. The building is equipped with 24/7 security, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and CCTV in common areas, however guests are encouraged to take reasonable precautions for their own safety at all times.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It is the guest’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of this website or completion of a booking following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Your Acceptance
By using this website or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.
